With 2 acres of its own grounds, Danby Lodge enjoys stunning scenery and views in a tranquil, and private setting, away from roads and surrounded by wildlife and forest walks. Danby Lodge is surrounded by dry stone walls and fences with electric gates at the entrance for privacy and security. The grounds contain a heated outdoor swimming pool, mature gardens, wild areas and private woodland, a wild pond and a carp pond. Danby Lodge is full of character and historical features, including a dining hall containing a huge stone fireplace and log fire, wooden panelling and thick stone walls.
