Dining Hall
The dining table is a Victorian Gothic reproduction of a 16th century refractory table. It can seat up to 14 people when fully extended. Without the outer leaves fully extended, the table seats 6 people. Fully extended, it seats 10 chairs fully under the table and 4 more straddling the legs, making a total of 14. There are sufficient chairs at the house (spare ones in the front hallway) to accommodate 14 people.
There is also a table in the kitchen for less formal dining which seats a further four people.
